Updates to our services due to the Coronavirus national lockdown

Due to the announcement of the recent national lockdown, we have moved the following January and February 2021 classroom courses to remote learning:

IOSH Managing Safely 11th – 13th January

NEBOSH National General Certificate 18th – 28th of January

NEBOSH Fire Certificate 8th – 12th  February

IOSH Managing Safely 24th – 26th February

All other classroom courses in January and February are cancelled with immediate effect. March classroom courses are going ahead as normal unless the national lockdown extends.

What happens if I am booked onto a classroom course which is now remote learning?

You will be notified that your course has been changed to a remote course, and you can either postpone your course date to a future classroom course or receive a partial refund. The remote course is slightly cheaper.

What is happening with other courses?

You will be notified via email that they have been cancelled. You can book onto a future classroom date, or receive a refund.

What about inhouse training?

We will contact you to arrange a future date.

What is the difference between remote and classroom?

There is not much difference; you will receive all that you do with a classroom course including course workbooks, and the course certificate. Exam costs are also included in the price. The only difference is refreshments will not be provided. You will still receive tutor-led training, the same as classroom, however, it will be undertaken through Microsoft Teams. Course hours will be set the same as classroom, 8.45 am – 4.30 pm.

Your terms and conditions state for refunds, less than 20 working days before the course start date I will be charged 50% of the course fee, and less than 7 days, 100%. If the course is cancelled short notice due to Coronavirus, will I get a full refund?

Due to the exceptional circumstances created by Coronavirus, you will get a full refund.
