Site Safety plus and Temporary Works Training
Are you looking for a construction SMSTS course or cscs card? Then our suite of CITB accredited Site Safety Plus courses are suitable for workers looking to gain their cscs card or those working in the building, civil engineering and allied industries looking to develop their skills. CITB courses are designed to give everyone from operative to senior manager the skills they need to progress through the industry.
These courses provide certification valid for five years. However, it is recommended that a refresher course is undertaken within three years of completing initial training.
Our CITB training courses can be undertaken in the following locations, including Andover, Basingstoke, Reading, Southampton. If you are unable to attend one of our training locations, our experienced instructors will be happy to deliver courses at your premises.
The prices of the courses vary but each fee includes the price of the Workbooks, Exams and Certificates.

Site Safety plus
The Site Safety Plus Framework provides the construction industry with the infrastructure to deliver health, safety and environmental training solutions and career development to help maintain a safe work force and safe working environment. It is aimed at all levels of the workforce. The framework recognises a natural progression from those first entering the industry to those responsible for supervising, managing and directing construction work.

From a one-day Health and Safety Awareness (HSA) course, which also supports those requiring the knowledge to obtain their cscs card, to the five-day Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), our suite of courses ensure everyone benefits from the best possible training.
The correct design and execution of temporary works is an essential element of risk prevention and mitigation in construction. BS 5975 provides recommendations and guidance on the procedural controls to be applied to all aspects of temporary works in the construction industry and on the design, specification, construction, use and dismantling of falsework.
